In theory it could. I have a full belt and wife and I have both tried with the hitachti and I can feel the vibe. I can't feel it enough to orgasm though. Just enough to feel good. I do not completely agree with you @ Spike6411 it is not expensive in my eyes ... I would say that it is all the money please but yes it is a LOT of money ... but it is not the same I think ;-) I have not regretted a single day buying my Neosteel belts
I do not understand your statement @kirishima ... who sets your rules for yourself? you and your partner? how long is full time for you? and what does it mean if it's a day or 10 days ... if you want to be in a belt rather than a cage? this is a game that we should feel joy at .... some are for cages and others are for belts .... when I started using my Neosteel belts I think 3-4 days was a long time .... for me ;-) now it's much longer and that's fine .... but it's a game

Neosteel has a cotting in their pipes which means that bacteria do not grow in the same way as cities, which makes hygiene easier ... For me, my Neosteel belt can give me what I need ... and for me it is the most important thing in My And Madame's play I would not be able to use a cage like yours .... But we are all different ... therefore there are many possibilities ... but they are not one right and wrong which is the same for all
