My wife has decided that our new method of deciding my denial period will be maintaining a ratio of 50 to 1 of her orgasms vs mine. She may decide to change the ratio at a later date, but she thought 50 was a good starting point. My incentive is now to help her be in the mood to receive pleasure, as often as possible. I track the ratio with my Keyholder Wife, @MistressAMA, but there's no set target beyond going higher than the prior year. Two years ago, it was 33:1, last year was about 39:1, and right now, we're at 48:1. I have at most one more climax for the year, so whatever it is, it'll be a big bump up from last year. My situation is very different to what is explained here. My wife only likes sexual pleasure from PiV and the expectation is that she needs to have an orgasm from it. This is generally something that is anywhere from once every two weeks to twice a week. All other nights she generally just wants a massage in bed; back, neck, legs, feet, etc... My ex and I did something similar. We worked out approximately how many orgasms we'd each had in our lives to date, and I was about 2,000 ahead so we proposed at least 10:1 until we were equal, which meant that if I worked hard I'd get about one a week, sometimes more (she wasn't difficult to give an orgasm to) so it would take four years, but she might deny me for long which would speed it up, or later on I might get more.

A variation on this idea is to require a certain amount of time licking Her ass in addition to giving Her orgasms (or it could be foot licking, etc if She prefers that). For example, 50 orgasms for Her plus 5 hours of ass licking for him to "earn" one orgasm. Or a hybrid deal where he trades 5 hours of ass licking for a ruin, or "banks" the five hours and then plus the 50 orgasms for him to earn a regular orgasm.
