I always wonder about people thinking their balls get that full after a long time without a release. I had a vasectomy almost 15 years ago, and my balls haven't been emptied since that time. They aren't all that full. I suspect it's more psychological than physical thinking they are full after a long time. (I understand that there are physiologic changes that happen after a vasectomy that are different than might happen when there is no chronic obstruction, but it makes me wonder.)

I've noticed that mine get bigger and firmer after awhile. In fact I cannot remove the cages ring unless they recently spent. The size increase doesn't seem to continue past a certain point, but the sensitivity can become close to unbearable at times.

sperm takes 60 days to mature then lives for only a short time. then dies and absorbed by the body. as demand decreases the testicles atrophy and produce less and less sperm. testosterone levels drop and sperm production decreases even more. as the testicle atrophy they reduce in size as much as fifty percent. the scrotum can shrink but often it remains the same size.
increased demand(twice a day) over a 4 month period of time can increase testicle size as they may attempt to increase production.
the average ejaculation is only 2-3 ml. the sperm content can be as high as 10% or 2/10 of a ml. the body easily removes this excess every day. even if for some reason it took 5 days to eliminate the excess sperm it would only be 1 ml extra. hardly enough to notice.
lastly, when locked up the testicles are more likely to suffer small abuses that can easily cause swelling which could explain why so many feel like their balls are full.
