What are the rules for loctober?

I’ve seen everything listed from teasing caged, unlocked for edging daily, to being locked the entire month. I’d say whatever your key holder decides would be correct.
This will be my first Locktober and I know I will not be allowed any orgasms for the month, I’m hoping for some erections for teasing but my Wife hasn’t said anything about plans.

From what i gather, it is a lot up to you and KH, if you have one. I did it last year and stayed chaste the whole month, but did unlock and remove cage one day for doctor appointment (with permission).
