So I was trying to find a decent amount of info on the vasectomy and chastity. Mostly to see what to expect to find out if sissygasms were still possible and how long I would be out of my cage. So I have a few days left before the big day amd figured I'd share a bit for others. I've been out of my cage for 2 days after 11 months of 24/7ish chastity. It feels wierd, I plan on speaking with the Dr about chastity so I have an educated decision about when to put it back on and the ability to milk the prostate. I'll keep this updated. Any questions or things you want to know specifically please dm me to keep the post topic specific

It was long before chastity but everything worked fine straight after my vasectomy. After a prostate biopsy, this year it took a while to get my mojo back, and denial helped me build up fluids that were slow to produce for about a month. I've never had a sexual prostate milking, but when the doctor performed the digital exam I felt a little squirt. I'm pretty certain it wouldn't be a problem, but then who knows. There is always a small chance of something going wrong. Though very unlikely.

Had a vasectomy in my late 20's and it was the easiest 10 minute medical procedure I've ever had done. Absolutely zero difference in orgasms, ejaculate or sensation a day after the procedure. That was 20+ years ago. I wouldn't think twice about having it done.

I had a vasectomy in my early 30's. Besides some swelling, which went away after 3 days, everything worked like before.
The procedure won't affect your prostate, it won't affect your sex drive, it won't affect your volume, color or smell of your ejaculate.
The only difference is, there will no longer be any sperm in it.
After the vasectomy, you'll have to ejaculate a few times to clean out any sperm that may be residing in your system. But eventually it will be gone. You will still produce sperm, but it won't be able to escape your testicles. They will be reabsorbed into your body.
A month after the operation, I had to jerk into a cup and bring the sample to the clinic so they could look at it under a microscope to make sure there were no swimmers in there.
I would definitely give yourself a few days before putting the cage back on. Use those days to have several orgasms to wash the sperm out of your system!

I had one earlier this year. I was out of chastity for about 6-8 weeks. Basically, the ring put pressure on my vas where they did the procedure so it kinda felt like I was just kicked in the nuts when I wore a device and got at all excited. Was pretty much totally back to normal with no pain or anything by 8-10 weeks. Also, no impact on sissygasms or prostate play at all.

Wow that was a lot longer recovery than I experienced. My doc had me lie back and he did everything through a tiny incision which didn't even require stitches. We went out to dinner that evening and had sex the next day. Zero down time, no swelling and no discomfort.

Yep. I had a vasectomy 10 years ago. I had my first hands free orgasm about 3 years ago.

I'm my case, the surgeon snipped the vas tubes. Burned the ends. Slipped a piece of silk on and clamped it on each end. If the wife gets pregnant, its by the hand of God. Or something else...

That's how mine was. I literally walked in the Dr. office at 4:10 on a Friday. I slid my pants to my knees, he gave me a small shot, made the slit, extracted the tubes, clip and burn and then a band aid. I was in the car by 4:30 on the way to dinner. It was less stressful than a routine teen cleaning.

Not meaning to sound nieve. But There is alot of talk of swollen full balls on porn etc and after a week mine feel larger and possible more sensitive.
So if you get the snip and your sperms build up and then get re absorbed and none of you notice balls the size of mangos sprouting.
Then surely that's myth busted and and the feeling is just in my head (as so many are :):))

Yep, there's a lot of bollocks on the internet. The sperm make up a tiny fraction of your ejaculate, most of the fluid is produced by your prostate which is left intact and still works the same after a vasectomy.

as always i'm the strange one. When the doc says rest, that means rest. I didn't do that. I laid around with an ice bag on my balls for over a month in a great deal of pain. not much fun.

Yes, we all seem to react differently. There is a big range in what is considered a 'normal' reaction to anything. Good luck with yours and enjoy, once you've healed.

I had it done this april. It wasn't too bad, but I wouldn't say it was a walk in the park.
I went home, kind of ok, no need for painkillers or something, but my balls were really sensitive to touching for a month or so.

I suppose. The procedure was easy, no pain really. I also had the tiny incision, no scalpel deal. He just pulled the vas through that little hole, snipped, and burned the ends. The first couple days I was a pretty sore, after that I was fine - back to working out within a week. Didn’t really have swelling so much, but just things weren’t quite the same with some minor testicle pain that was worse with a cage ring pressing on it. Now, aside from not having any swimmers, it’s totally normal. Wouldn’t say it was a difficult recovery at all, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

I had mine 20 years ago. The procedure was easy and no problem. Afterwards I had pain for 2 days, then recovering. You will know when to put on a cage again. And afterwards, as mentioned in the chat, everything is the same again, just no babies anymore unless cuckolding goes wrong...

I used to suffer from terrible blue balls before a vasectomy. Had an open ended technique, which is meant to result in less chance of ongoing pain. No blue balls after that!

I have really high and tight balls, so the doctor and nurse had to work hard to get access to my vas. It was quite painful, had to take a break in the middle. I also have a pre-existing epididymal cyst on one side which may have made that side tougher. They did get it eventually, though. Unfortunately I also had some increasing pain afterward, an ultrasound determined it was probably bacterial epididymitis. Some antibiotics cleared that up, much less pain quickly thereafter.

Unfortunately I didn't test clean at 3mo. Not enough ejaculations in the meantime, I suppose, though we weren't doing any chastity or denial play during that time. No swimmers after another 3 months, though.

Overall, I'd do it again. Not needing to worry about condoms is both convenient and reassuring, plus I find condomless sex to feel better. My wife doesn't care either way, though she did feel a bit anxious about condomless sex at first, because of worrying about the sperm test being inaccurate or some other failure. Over that now, though.

I definitely would not have been able to wear a cage for at least 3 weeks, maybe more.

Everything was mostly the same after. However, I've seen a lot of people say "there will be no changes in your ejaculate". I didn't find that to be true - there's a difference in appearance. Opacity is a bit lower, in particular. But it's not a big deal.

I've read that up to 1/3 of guys still have some sperm left. In my sample, after 3 months and 20 ejacuations, they still found rare and non-motile sperm. So I am to take another test after 2 months/20 orgasm.
My Miss was dissapointed as she wanted to keep me locked again...

Yeah, same deal for me. I was only a little bit over the threshold to be considered still fertile. It definitely put us off doing chastity play for a while, as did my getting a PA piercing last year. Now that everything is fully healed up (including the PA, finally - had a bad piece of jewelry that was irritating things), we're able to get back to it, which is great. Got a new PA-based cage coming this weekend (MaleChastityNow GlansArmor 2), as well.

As ther cut through the scrotum, you will be looking at a minimum of 6 weeks out of the cage, as a ball trap device will put pressure on the scrotum, and you need to make sure it’s fully healed before refitting your device.

So the procedure was worse for me than I expected. A few days prior I really got into my head. I'm no stranger to pain between amputating a finger, getting blown up etc. And it wasn't painful in the least aside from the poke. My issue was all mental. Anyhow I had the clips it took all of 20 minutes.

I asked about rings and bondage/impact play and the doc goes "well I've never had anyone ask that before" . He suggested at least a month. No orgasms for 5 days then the 8-10 weeks sample after you orgasm 15-20 times.

Day of, post op. Feels like my kh punched my sac. Incision is small about 1cm but only 1 if them.

More to follow on pain, recovery, and Orgasms lol.

Had mine done 18 years ago, the worst part was the shot to numb the area to be cut, pain lasted about 10 seconds. The second side was worse as I knew what it was going to feel like! But after that, no problem, about 20 mins or so and on my way. My doc did the snip a section out, burn the ends, fold them back and clip them. At the time he had been doing vasectomies for 25 years and none of his patients had an “oops” baby lol.
I heard horror stories from guys who had a vasectomy and had so much pain and swelling, I sat for the weekend with a bag of frozen corn and went back to work that Monday.
Found out the couple of guys who had issues, decided to play basketball and the other played 18 holes of golf after they had them done, so not too bright.
It’s definitely worth it for the freedom and worry free sex, and obviously far easier and safer than a tubal ligation for the wife.
