I am trying to come up with some very vanilla punishment ideas. One is eating food that doesn't taste good to me, which is hard, because I like a lot of different foods. I am trying to get my Wife to express that I will do something unpleasant to me, just because she says so.

    Here are my parameters:

    1) Nothing weird or hard to find or prepare - stuff that can be easily found at a grocery store. I am not opposed to weird foods, but am trying to make this as easy as possible. If it's something that can be easily picked up, that is great.

    2) Healthy is better - idea is I am doing something unpleasant, not harmful.

3). Bland might be better for me - some people might not want spicy food. It has to be very spicy to cause me problems. Denial of spicy/interesting foods might be best. Very, very spicy might work, but I don't necessarily want to risk heartburn.

    4) Well rounded - maybe she gets to enjoy a nice meal while I eat something really bland

    5) Not clearly "disgusting". I want her to observe without getting grossed out herself.

6). Seasonings people tend not to like?

7). Cheeses that taste "bad" (I haven't found many)

    8). Non alcoholic beer?

    Ideas -

Cottage cheese? Maybe with a banana? I don't love the texture of banana.
Plain fat free yogurt, with nothing to make it better?
    Plain oatmeal?
Kale? I don't hate it, it's just not a meal.
    "healthy snacks"
    Baby food?

Stuff above has in common that is not comfort food. Bland and textures are not to my liking. I love salads with a lot of vegetables, so that alone won't get me there, unless maybe I topped the salad with something unpleasant?

    Just stuff you don't like???

E.g. I can't stand mushrooms, raisins, muselli to start with.

Thinking back to school days, semolina and lumpy custard.....

Eating any of the above and I'd much prefer to stay locked for an extra week or three!!!

I think you're over-complicating. You know what foods you don't like. That's your list.

Haha! Salad or muesli would work for me o_O
It’s probably a bit too personal choice to help someone with?

nah, there are good ideas here. In general, I like salad, but it is always possible to top it with something bad.

I don’t have a list of foods I don’t like. That’s why I am asking for help. Meatless meat alternatives make and dairy substitutes might work well. Generally, I like food. She buys a carton of oat milk, and I have to finish it before getting real milk again. That might work. “Ew” but not disgusting.

I don’t mind yogurt but yogurt could be dressed up for “ew”. Sugar or fat free with something not great in it.

The first thing that comes to my mind, but this is a personal thing, is unseasoned, overcooked canned green peas. Ugh. Just thinking of it makes me gag.

this list is definitely going to be personal, since people like different things. For me, you listed cottage cheese, that’s gotta be perfect for me. I hate the texture of cottage cheese, it makes me gag. It’s one of the healthiest things you can eat though, so I wish I liked it. But man, if my Goddess made me eat a bowl of that while she dug into a juicy steak or something, that would be some punishment.

Does she really want to force you to do this? It could be a great way to go on a diet.

She’s not a controlling person but She is game and we have been together a long time. She “made” me join Weight Watchers 3 years ago, so this really isn’t beyond Her. I lost 40 pounds and kept it off while being the only man at the meetings. I would like to lose 10 more pounds this year.

I think She would get a kick out of enjoying her meal, while I don’t enjoy mine. A non-sexual version of a ruined orgasm (which she most definitely enjoys).

I’m trying to take “sex” out of situations where she might get to make me feel “uncomfortable” and build trust. My discomfort is not end of world. Yucky food won’t break me.

i think the ritual would be a low key way of connecting.

yes, it’s personalized. But what is more personal than sex or sharing things with partner? We all have our own tastes but there are great ideas here.

cottage cheese and peas for me while she eats a nice cut of fish or streak might do it. Me eating some terrible smoothly while she gets a cappuccino on a stroll might be way easy.

Some countries sell or consume really weird shit.

In some cases, it's literally half-shit for the case of inner mongolia, china, where the villagers/nomads sometimes butcher a cow an hour or so after it has had its grassy meal to consume the half digested grass. As for the accessibility for that, chances are it's not very practical.

Other choices doesnt have to be limited to food right? Maybe have them in a gas mask attatched to a bottle with an open vent, and in the bottom of that vent is filled with something pungent like their own piss or maybe something dumb like buying anime girl kneesock artificial odours from japan. Tbh this idea was stolen from a hentai doujin.

Chinese OEMs sell really weird shit on their websites. When searching for chastity belts something often that came up is "users also bought: Punishment table stand" which literally fixates them on a desk standing up. Sadly, I can totally imagine this being a thing in chinese schools considering the punishments and corruption stories that often come out of there from migrants, so probably best not support those kind of manufacturers.

Something that is always common is getting you to do all the chores. If punished, do a thorough cleaning including hidden corners or maybe even go into the roof headspace and place rat/ant poison or something (dont do this if you have asbestos insulation though)

Based on my own list of "yuck" and what other people I know have made faces over:

    • lima beans
    • mayonaise
    • cilantro
    • organ meat (liver, etc.)
    • oysters
    • cottage cheese
    • diet soda
    • chitlins (some grocery stores have them, it depends on where you are)
    • squid / calamari, octopus / sushi

You and I have different tastes, but I see your point on all of these - and - this makes it easy not some burden for Mistress. These seem common for this kind of list. I don’t absolutely hate cottage cheese, but some fat free version with some bleak topping would hit the spot.
