Today we decided to give the urethral tube another go. Have been caged, with the tube in situ for nearly six hours now. Hoping the constant reminder of the tube within the urethra fades. Enjoy the added security the tube provides but, very concerned about the possibility of infection.

Im back in, too. Last time made it 4 days. Was getting small abrasions near tip but seems to be better now.

It is added security with a bit of punishment from my Queen. Insurance that I wont try to pull out.

We decided to give up on the flexible tube. Yesterday we fitted a Urethral one bar cage with a short ridge tube. It’s a bit fiddly to get on at the.first time,
Bondage Masters Male Chastity Device Urethral Cage https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07HCSZ...abc_AA6DX261SG0DDAD50JG8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I have always worn enclosed cages before. It’s a strange feeling to be so exposed but the fit is very comfortable

We have never used it. Is it still more secure if it is not mounted to a piercing ring? Why? Is that a significantly bigger problem to move your dick out the cage with the tube inside than without it?

Wonderful device. Or at least the idea is great. I have two with different ring sizes, 50mm and 45mm.

I would love to wear it but it's too short even in flaccid state.

I really do think that some of this depends on the quality and the device. The steelworx looker 2 can be worn indefinitely with the supplied insert, and as well as that so can the tether spout almost as long. The looker 2 is some 4 or 5 years old now and looks the same as the day I bought it.

I have just one ring the 45mm.

This 50mm length is just right for me but then I’m on the small size C0FC50F9-7337-4F61-A948-95D1A8AE7D53.jpeg

Well, the uncontrollable dripping after urination is a pain in the ass! Trying to find some sort of solution for that but, the lower abdominal discomfort was what led to removal of the urethral tube. Disappointed.

For leakage of all types, I use one of my Wife's pantie liners cut in half that's work for me.

Love idea of insert, but not been able to wear for extended period. The use of a liner is good for lots of reasons, not only hygienic, but for me reinforces my fem feeling.

Great idea! However, in addition to working at adding chastity to our relationship, we also appreciate living clothes free when possible & practical. So, literally nothing to attach the panty liner to. First world problems, right? :)

I've been thinking ... Maybe a hollow tube is not such a good idea after all. A solid tube would not keep the fluids, but when peeing, the pee surely would find a way.

If the internal hole was wide, really wide, this would work. But as it is, there is this problem of pee staying in the tube.

    NO NO NO

You are playing with fire friends.

A mild infection (UTI) or a really bad infection (Prostatitis) can result if you plug holes or put non sterile metal objects in your urethra for too long.

Don't believe me? Ask anyone here if they have had any kind of metal urethral insert in for more than a few weeks/month without a medical issue.

Still has to be changed every few weeks. Otherwise same problem and then its the worse infection.

Anyone that understands the need for a catheter (medical need) will shake his head in disbelief at anyone that would want one. I say that sincerely.

Anyone that has had a urinary tract infection will understand why one should do everything one can to avoid getting one.

I strongly suggest you consult with your physician, with the device in question, about its use, prior to using it. If you're not comfortable doing that, then you're probably not ready to wear it.

Urethral scarring, and long term problems should be considered; these can't be rectified and you may live with them a long, long time, after done with the toys.

As always, do as you will, but do so, informed.

Sorry, misunderstood. No, UTI free... abdominal discomfort eased after taking the tube out. Not sure how it is related - if at all.

what are the causes of scarring? can it be avoided? would weekly removal for cleaning be safe?

scarring can be caused by infection, unusually high "traffic" in the urethra etc.

Once you get scarring your urethra can close or narrow and then you have to "sound" yourself painfully to make room for urine to flow
