I can sleep with it pretty well except for the mornings when my morning wood makes it super uncomfortable and wakes me up. First off you need to replace that cage. If you're getting swollen testicles there's something wrong and that's a damned sight more serious than a few wanks. Don't beat yourself up. You're going to fail sometimes. Just try to make it as seldom ss you can and maybe go for longer each time. Good luck
I want to try and use a larger diameter ring before I disqualify the cage. also, the swelling came only after I used the cage for around 5 days. maybe it was a one-time thing it's hard to tell. do you have any experience with that?

I am wearing a fairly tight steel setup and wake up sometimes with the morning wood it also causes one big ball as it pushes everything tighter . If you get up and pee and then you lay on your back let things settle as long as the cage works and dosent cause this during normal wear it should be ok that is just one of the discomforts of a well fitting cage there will always be pinches, hot spots and adjustments during the day and especially at night

I never got comfortable with a ball trap device because of nightly erections waking me and causing me to be not as fictional at work. Ended up getting a PA device putting those ball trap devices in the past. You are probably not anywhere near there, but with enough frustration and wasted money and time, you may find yourself getting there.

@Mauiperson has pretty much convinced me to go the PA route due to the difficulty of comfortably wearing a ball trap 24/7. Now I've just got to have that tough conversation with my wife. Not sure she's going to be fond of a PA. My alternate is to purchase a custom-made Orion from evotion. My hope is that I can get a larger ring gap which does not allow the balls to slip through but which doesn't squeeze or pinch the way the holy trainer does. Not sure the thong-style full belt is going to align with your goals/temperament. I bought one to see if i could wear it without ball discomfort (I could not). It is so easy to pull out of that I'm thinking I might just fall out accidentally if I bend over. If you struggle with controlling yourself, then the thong-style belt isn't going to give you the security you need.
If you have problem at nighttime you can allso tire a line to cage and around your body so it can't ' go out ' - I do that if I have a point that need relief ... In daytime , do as me and stop thinking of sex
Odds are you just need a wider "ball gap" between the ring and cage. Custom ones can get up to 1/2 inch in that area.
Never even tried a full belt. I like to be active and the ball trap devices would even limit activity. Can't imagine what it would be like with a full belt. Any thoughts?
I was not able to get comfortable in a ball trap after a while it cause pain around the ball sack. My KEYHOLDER and I decided it was time to get a PA piercing we will be using a tube only.
