    My lovely bride wants me to start taking a one a day vitamin. But she wants me to take a womans libido enhance version. I cant find any info if it would be ok or just bad. Any info would help. If the chance of impotence is all that is ok by us both. Really need info if any other help risks.

    She wants me to be healthy so she started taking a one a day vitamin. She does not feel the need to buy separate ones with me being less than a man a womans one a day is fine. I just want to know if anyone knows of any down side

    There are no hormones in vitamins. There would different levels of individual vitamins classes based on gender requirements. With the exception of a few class vitamins the body casts off excess of the daily needs.

    You could simply talk to pharmacist in regard to any possible harm to jointly use same tablets.

    Would expect it's a mindset effect she wants. If FLR that's her prerogative.

    Bank you all for your comments I checked with our doctor and there is no side effects The one that we take doesn't have extra iron.
