Start with the left pull as much skin thru as you can then the right will pop right in.

 

Larger ball (usually the left) first. Personally I also push the penis through with it. Then do the smaller ball. Try some lube if required.

 

The looser your sack, the easier. If possible, take a warm bath or shower. Dry off, then hop into bed and get warm and comfortable. Once your scrotum has relaxed somewhat, stay on your back and work your balls into the ring, one at a time, then your penis.

The advice on pulling skin through is good advice.
Once one ball is in the other one needs as much ball sac skin as possible.
This is because it needs somewhere to go to or more specifically something to sit in.

Also I personally find pulling your penis through last of all gives you more room for your balls.

A squeeze behind the second testicle works best, aiming the narrowest part through the ring.

Is your ring sized correctly? If its too small it just wont happen.

Sometimes just doing something else for ten minutes can make a difference. Suddenly you come back to it and voila it - success.

However even after years of experience I can have a bad day and struggle when the boys just dont want to play nicely..

 

I find after a shower is the best time to put it on. Less friction.

 

In that case, skip the shower and just get into bed. The main thing is to get warm enough that things get as loose and relaxed as possible. It also helps if you’re not aroused, but that’s hard (no pun intended) when you’re first putting it on.

Very few people are exactly symmetrical.

The point is that if you select the lower hanging testicle and put that through your A-ring first you will probably find that the easiest order. But if one is noticeably larger than the other try and get that one through first.

Familiarity through practice is all it takes.

 

I think which one goes through first is a question of whether your left or right handed.

I mean think about it - unless you like knots in your ball sac..

 

The left ball is larger in the southern hemisphere and the right ball is larger in the northern hemisphere.

 

Actually I was slightly wrong - left hangs lower, but right is larger (in right handed people). It is thought that this asymmetry is due to redundant temperature regulation between the testicles.

 

I have a similar problem... too much scrotal skin and the balls float around (I seem to hang "high and tight' I guess?)

I have a shoelace that I tie fairly tightly around my package to block my testicles from falling back within my body. It has to go tightish, and it still doesn't always stop them, but it's the best I got.

Also, using lube and doing it while your warm (e.g. after a shower) also help!
