When you are already in the cage. And when itching starts, where you can't even scratch properly.
how do you deal with it?

The more open a cage is, the less of a problem. Most itches just require a slight adjustment, or else you learn to ignore it until it goes away.

Occasionally there will be an itch that feels very mild while the cage is on, but turns out to be an irritated or abraded spot once it’s off and you can inspect closely. That’s why frequent cleanings/inspections are a good idea, especially early on.

But sometimes it's very itchy. The bars don't allow to scrtch properly so it becomes more frustratimg. And if i ask HER for a release, SHE laughs off

That’s why a more open design is better. It allows you to move the scrunched up skin around to dry it off and let it air out.

I heard the more you complain and think about it the quicker it goes away.

Hi Samir, For a metal cage with bars you have the option of using a q tip. I am usually locked in a HTv3. So I can not touch my shaft at all, I just have to bear it until it is gone.
Obviously regular cleaning helps to have less occasions when it itches. But when it does, I just have to accept the fact that it is inaccessible and just bear it.
