I can orgasm from anal stimulation, but not from using a vibrator or the like on my caged cock, just doesn’t do it for me.

Yes, that's right @jemima, thanks. And, indeed, been thinking of that. I even have an A272 that does have an enclosed tube that prevents this kind of masturbating. But it's a trade-off (what isn't in life?). The Contender is by far the most comfortable I've worn -- I wear it 24x7 (including gym workouts, etc -- *always* except when my KH removes it to tease me or for rare PIV). And, closely related, it's very easy to keep everything clean, so important for 24x7 wear. The enclosed tube, not as much (though it's stainless steel, which helps).
