Wearing your key

My wife has never worn my actual key. My first device had a padlock on it, but very early on I switched to the jailbird with the set screw. I was worried about the lock seizing up as much as I'm in the ocean. The tool for removing the screw is pretty utilitarian and not something that would pass for jewelry. She would be getting asked constantly "why are you wearing a screw driver as jewelry". I did get her a symbolic jeweled key that she wears on occasion. I like when she does especially when we're going out. On a day to day basis though it's not important to me.

 

Are you saying the key would go on the ankle chain after he's been cucked? That I haven't heard of, but I know ankle chains are a popular thing among hotwife/cuckold couples.

 

I prefer it worn around the neck. But once KH comes home I prefer it safely locked in a key safe before she gets through the front door, or left locked up at work. The idea of her key on her neck right in front of me when I can grab it doesn’t feel very “secure.”
Ideally I’d prefer only a symbolic fake key be worn in my presence.

 

My wifes wears a gold key on a necklace and the actual key she carries in her bra she sometimes puts the real key on her necklace but that scared me s bit because people do ask at times she finds it hilarious and prefers it lol

 

Yes, exactly. More of an indicator - if you spot a chastity key on a necklace, the SO is likely locked. If the key is on an ankle chain, locked and cucked.

 

Interesting. It would be pretty fun to have subtle indicators like that, but the only reason I wouldn't care for it is how it sort of implies that cuckolding is the next logical step in chastity play. I already get annoyed when people see pictures of my cage and immediately ask if I'm cucked or will be soon. I'd hate for a picture of my wife wearing the key on a necklace to lead to comments of "oh I see you haven't cucked him yet" as if we're just newbies in the lifestyle. Obviously this is a minor point, but worth mentioning imo.

 

I love it when my wife/keyholder wears the key around her neck (which she often does). Constant reminder.

 

My wife/kh wears her key on a chain pretty much 24/7 now, and will more often than not have it on show at home or while we’re out. In fact it’s become as important to her as her engagement and wedding rings.

 

My KH used to keep my key in her drawer and reluctant to show off the key, after she ordered me to change to a new cage with lock, she now hang the key to her staff card holder around her neck, no idea if her colleagues would notice

 

We just started our journey, and we haven't done it yet, but it would be a huge turn-on if she wears the small key around her neck and 'discretely' flaunts it.

 

My KH wears her key on a chain all the time, usually outside her top, but when I ask what would you say if someone asks about it, she has no idea what she would answer. Makes me nervous but also kind of excited.

 

I've set up a fire safe for my princess now. She keeps the key in there. Only she knows the code. She likes the idea if wearing the key, and the idea turns me on as well. The biggest turn on for me is that she is possessive of the key regardless of where she keeps it.

 

My wife felt that wearing the actual key was unattractive and too conspicuous for her. So I bought her a small key necklace. She loved it and what it symbolized.

I've posted about this before but a number of years ago I had a silver pendant made a present for my Wife & KH. It consists of a silver ring that contains a silver heart - made of the same guage silver - and inside the heart a solid, stylised, silver keyhole. She loves it and wears it all the time - whether I'm caged or not. People often comment because it is both attractive and unusual. She always tells them that I had it commissioned for her because She holds the key to meyheart - no one has ever taken it any further.

In addition She also wears The Key if I am caged, around her neck although there have been occasions when it's been on an ankle chain.

We're currently just trying out one of the new Qiui Cellmates - which is operated by an App on yur phone, so no need for a key on any sort. So far so good but I have a sneaky suspicion the software may be a bit flaky.

 

We are planning on buying her a proper necklace to display my key. My contender has a set screw and the actual tool to tighten it properly is basically a specialty Allen tool.

Although I did opt for the heart shaped key that had the appropriate end to unlock my cage. But it doesn't work as well as the Allen tool.

Her plan is to wear the heart shaped key on her necklace. She most likely won't wear it 24/7, but probably when it matters, out in public and our date nights.

Yes. This will drive me crazy seeing her wear my key.

My wife wears my key on a necklace every waking moment since I’ve been locked and I love it. One of our friends noticed and she told her it was the key to my cage. I’m sure there will be plenty of questions to come in the future now.

And things like displaying the key on a necklace are always great reminders where the symbolism draws emotional stimulation.... and we all know where that can lead.

 

My wife normally wears a decorative key around her to symbolize the relationship. We were fortunate to get locks, both padlocks and barrel locks from a key shop so when we cut or drill out locks we don't have to change keys. Quite a few people do comment on how pretty the key is and how interesting it is to wear. When asked the purpose, the answer depends on the person asking and the read she has on them. On a few occasions, it has led to a few other men being caged by their wife.

 

If I had a keyholder, yes it would be amazing to have her hold it on her at all times and in a place that's easy to see like the ankle or as a necklace. Sometimes we can forget that the device is on us , but if the KH is wearing it, we don't.

 

it totally is. the key has more power to me than any other object or image. it's not just a symbol.
(and depending on the cage/lock, or her mood, my wife wear it a bit the "way she feels" - every day is a surprise!).

My kh wears the key on her anklet all the time, even when I'm not locked. Drives me crazy when I'm rubbing her feet and it's right there! I love that she wears it, even when I'm totally denied and ignored she's always giving me the gift of wearing my key. Being on her anklet, it's also quite discreet.

 

I really prefer around my keyholders neck. I think that's just a classic spot and shows everyone that knows the lifestyle she has someone locked up tight lol. plus it's a huge turn on for me when seeing the key and just general symbolism along with the padlock she owns me. But cool to find out they wearing around the ankle for cuckolding thing never knew before but equally as hot there like rubbing her feet etc.
