Hello guys ! I am currently locked in a chinese metal cage. I am uncircumcised and I wear it with my foreskin pulled back. I have a problem with my foreskin swelling especially under the gland. I would like to order a custom Evotion Wearables Orion and I wonder if it could solve the swelling problem since it is going to be adapted. Is there anyone uncircumcised with an Orion here who can give me advice or their experience ? Is there anyone who had swelling problem and solve it with a custom cage ? " I have a problem with my foreskin swelling especially under the gland." Even without a cage? It took me weeks to keep my FS pulled back before I could use any cage, years and years ago. Day by day I kept the FS pulled back a lttle longer than the previous day, and finally I could keep it pulled back all the time. After that I started to get used to being caged. All that was long time ago, but even now I have some swelling when using EV#8. Not so much, though, that it would be a real problem.
I used to to wear a chinese copy of evotion wearables #8 which has internal diameter of 31 mm. The swelling problem was much worse than what I now have with a real #8 with internal diamater of 36 mm. I would say that key point is to not to get too narrow a device. YMMV, I am not a doctor etc
