    New here. My 1st Locktober.
I'm locked in a DHGate Chinese cage, with a few mods.
    Stainless Steel.

I thought I was getting out last Friday (18th), as I had some Air Travel that day.
But, I went to a Football game the preceding Saturday (12th).
Made it thru that security just fine. Metal Detecter.
    Sweated Bullets waiting in line.
Acted Calm when I got to the front.

I told my KH/GF that I made it.
She said: "Great News. Now I don't have to let you out for your trip, You can try it again @ the airport."

So, I didn't get out & wore it to the airport.
I'm TSA-Pre, so I didn't get the full body scan, just the metal detector.
    & I just walked thru.

I've now flown 4 times with no issues with this cage.
    I get to do Locktober.
Probably NO-vember as well. But that is her decision.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I’ve never had to deal with airport security, but I got through the metal detectors at a court, just fine.

Times are changing. Maybe they see so many cages now going through airports or sporting events that they just don’t bother any more. You may not be alone Locked in your cage.

I've been reading the handful of threads on this topic with great interest, as I'm in the US and wear a JailBird 247. Most of the airports here are going to the full-body scanners.

There seem to be a few identifiable differences in the circumstances during which folks have had "success" going through scanners (keep in mind we have *very* small sample sizes here):

    - Outside of US, non-airport: nearly always success
    - Outside of US, airport: mostly success
    - US, non-airport: more success than not
    - US airport, TSA-pre: mostly success
    - US airport, full-body scanner: ?????

I'm not sure I've yet seen a posting from when someone has worn a stainless steel cage through a full-body scanner.

Would this be worth proposing a "sticky", and trying to break it down into the above (or more, or fewer) categories? Certainly this would be of interest to almost everyone on this site.

I wear the Queen’s Keep and went through a full body scan with no questions asked. Wife was watching from afar anticipating that I would be answering some embarrassing questions so she was disappointed.

I’ve sailed through metal detectors in my GlansArmor2. I’m completely comfortable now.

I nearly brought my Contender ball trap cage, which is much more metal to detect on my last trip. I read someone went through with theirs successfully.

We accidentally confirmed that the 316L stainless that Mark uses is non-ferrous. A high strength magnet clasp on a watch band attracted a steel screw. The cage itself did not.

But my wife decides most of these things and guided me differently for unrelated reasons. I plan to experiment again on my next trip.

I got so used to opting out of body scanners for non-chastity related reasons, I’m comfortable with the pat downs. I had one wearing chastity and used the body jewelry line.

I was only called to the private room once when I was merely wearing PA jewelry. And no, no one had me expose my genitals. Sorry... I could write a fictional story but it didn’t really happen.

They had zero interest in my penis, as appropriate... it’s not SPH to say my cock is not a lethal weapon. :)

    Hi there!

I'm flying on 10th January and my partner is humming and hawing about what device I should wear....

I, personally, want to stay in metal because I don't mind being chastised and will gladly explain that to those who need to know!!!! Plus that device is the most comfortable!!!

Haven't made minds up yet.... But if I go metal I'll let you know what happens!

Flying from Australia to Indonesia and return.

    Kindest regards.

    J.
