I’m assuming the purpose of the urethra tube is to extend PAST the base ring to make pulling out the back of the cage impossible.

    1. Does this work for increasing security?
    2. Do you get UTI (urinary track infections)
    3. Is it comfortable?

Urethral tubes might make someone less likely to pull out as it is another step in the process, but they don't actually increase security unless they are locked in some way which I don't think most are. Otherwise, you can just unscrew the back end and pull out the tube, then pull your penis free from the cage.

As for the UTI and comfort questions, your mileage will vary. There are people here who wear them for extended periods with few issues and others who've had repeated UTIs or had urethral bleeding as a result of them. I'm not sure which device either set of people was wearing.

You’re right, it seems the vast majority have removable tubes which does nothing to increase security.

    Thanks.

    From my point of view:

    1. Yes, absolutely.
    2. No, have been wearing continuously for months at a time, only removing if seeing a doctor for example.
    3. Completely.

REALLY?? That’s encouraging. You found a non removable tube? That’s part of the cage?

Sure. Just have a look at my avatar. That's not the exact model I'm using now, but it's very similar.

So if the tube is long enough to extend past the base ring pulling out the back to escape is impossible right?

I assume so. I've never tried.

Thing is, even with quite a short urethral tube, if I was to pull out and be a naughty boy, I don't see any way I could get back in, thus my KH would find out for sure..
