Does anyone here have any experience doing hot yoga, or yoga at all, while in chastity? I have a Leopard device arriving soon and am wondering if it will be a problem. Also, wondering how noticeable it might be. Then there is the whole locker room/showering situation. Any advice would greatly appreciated.
Assuming it's the device I'm thinking about it's from Custom Chastity. 3D printed, full tube device with lots of small ventilation holes (hence the name).
What kind of pants do guys wear when doing yoga? It would be noticeable in anything tight. I feel like cages are somewhat noticeable in gym shorts in general and would be especially noticeable in certain poses.
I'd recommend staying at the back of the room and no one can see. I end up at the gym locked from time to time. The showers are a bit embarrassing. But I use a towel where appropriate. The few people who asked, I just told them it was for a hernia surgery recovery.
Any loose fitting pants should be fine. I used to do hot yoga (pre-chastity) in warm-up/running pants. In retrospect, having a chastity device would have been helpful consider that 98% of the class were gorgeous, young, half-naked women. I haven't done hot yoga in awhile, and my only concern would be if you need to do extended poses on your stomach. That might compress things a little painfully. Try doing some yoga at home first to make sure that you won't encounter any serious discomfort.
I find that practicing yoga or any other physical sport while caged depends on the fit and comfort of your device. Wear tight briefs. If you pop out unexpectedly, you don't want the darned thing tumbling down your pants leg onto the floor. It might disrupt the mood. If you have a metal device it won’t be too noticeable under loose yoga pants.

Living in Los Angeles, the term "Hot Yoga" is commonplace. So I forget that folks from other parts of the Country--and other parts of the world--may not have heard of it. Hot Yoga was started by a guy named Bikram......Most here call it "Bikram Yoga". https://www.bikramyoga.com/
I have done hot yoga and normal yoga multiple times in my HT2. It worked very well. Only small thing is the cobra posses... Where you lie almost directly on your crotch... But I managed it with a little wiggle. I once did get a stare from a girl, she might have seen something in my quite wide pants. I never shower in the center. I live close by and can go home for showers and meet up in my training clothes.
For the same reason I don’t tell a three year old that there’s no such thing as Santa Claus. They aren’t prepared to hear it. Likewise, the average guy in the locker room probably doesn’t want to hear about my sex life. If asked “does your wife keep you in chastity?” I’d answer proudly. We chaste men are not near as mainstream as one might think.
I have done hot yoga in both my Mature Metal as well as my holy trainer. No problems on either, gets hot down there but no slippage or pain.
I do "regular" yoga weekky while locked and wearing loosr shorts with no problems I don't shower or use a locket room for yoga hut I do go to the gym regularly and take a shower aftet I work out. The shower stalls are individual and have sufficient privacy. But when I get dressed and undressed there is a brief moment when I am exoosed. I turn my back and hope for the best. Nobody has noticed (I think) but it's always a bit stresful.
I do yoga exercises at home. My CC device doesn't cause any problems - they are really, really light. If the fit is right, they grip nicely - I can do naked star jumps in mine. If you are worried about visibility, I suggest you experiment with different underwear. The jockstraps that come with hard sports cups are double thickness and you can pad them as required.
