My current partner for more than 10years now and the mom of our great daughter isn't into this lifestyle. She does know about my submissive feelings though. From time to time She plays along a little bit. So I'm still hoping for a more D/s type or Keyholding relationship. But for now, with a kiddo in the house that is probably more a wish than reality. During daily hours I do lock myself. Through the years I've used the CB6000, Bon4 silicone, Bin4M small (small stainless steel version) and now into the brand new Bon4Micro (stainless steel micro cage). It's smaller for sure... the micro cage is just the head part of the Bon4m cage... in other words the head part without the shaft part. There are three sized lock pins. This way you have the option for three gap sizes between scrotum ring and the cage. The scrotum rings have a new design. They're a bit oval shaped instead of full circle. The hings do turn back and forwards instead of to the sides. This way there is almost no irritating gap or edge anymore. The hinged part also has more rounded edges. My experience so far... I never thought a micro sized cage would fit me this well. I was afraid it would be to small... but then you come to the conclusion that a penis can be made more compact than expected. Due to the fact the cage it's fully filled... sometimes in the bon4m small I had some space left when really flaccid... it is much more comfortable. I didn't have any irritating feeling so far. welcome. It's difficult when your partner doesn't share your interest in chastity, but don't try to rush things and force her to become interested. Introduce the subject slowly and carefully, explaining why you think it is a good idea, not only for you but especially for her. Remember, this will be new and a bit frightening to her. But she may be encouraged if you spend enough time explaining things to her. Good luck.
In addition to what Lester says, let her see the benefits for her, *show her* how much more thoughtful and loving and devoted to her you are when chastised, that the cage makes you a better husband. That's when she accepts control of the key.
Welcome Havke, I’m pretty much in the same situation as you. Although I just recently started a trial period with my wife she shows no interest. Rectrix and Lester both have great advice about taking it slow and showing her the benefits to her. I also don’t talk about it now, just letting things go where they go Good luck

And to be honest that's the most important for me to. The benefits for her... I want to focus on her and not on my own urges.
