    Hello everyone,

    I would willing to be locked in chastity by my love in life, as she will become my keyholder.
    However, there is a lot of questions due to my fitness and sport activities. In fact i am affraid of two things, frictions and injuries during physical exercices, and sauna/hammam access with a chastity devices.
    Is Cycling praticing with a chastity device possible ?

    It's all about finding a device that fits you comfortably and tight underware. It took me a few different cages before I got one that fits great. I prefer tight briefs when I work out to keep things from bouncing around. I've ridden my bike while caged but not on very long rides.

    I ride for an hour before work 4 times a week and never have any issues. I've seen people who ride for longer distances say they remove their cage before going 20+ miles, but I haven't tested if that is necessary.

    My answer from another thread:

    I ride a fair amount (~8k miles a year) and for short rides (up to 30 miles) I've found I can survive being locked if I'm riding alone and can set the pace, adjust as needed, etc. Given the geometry of my bike, the climbing is more important... 2-3k feet is OK, but over that the chaffing and such become unbearable. It is possible to ride locked as long as you have the right bike and seat, and can monitor your body and adjust as needed.

    However, for longer rides, or group rides where stopping to fix a pinch or numbness isn't possible, I unlock. Since I need to unlock for cleaning every few days anyway, and it's not like I'm going to jerk off while on a ride (I'm not _that_ skilled a rider!) there is little risk. I unlock, ride, and then shower, and then lock up. Usually after a solid ride I'm pretty exhausted, so not terribly tempted to do anything anyway.​

    Ride a stationary bike with no issues along with hiking and as soon as ski season starts I’ll be giving that a go as well

    I practice Motocross too but never ride locked. Very brave of you. Congratulations.

    I run 3-6 miles a day and ride a Peloton bike most days without any issues. You just need to find a device that fits well so it's comfortable enough to do those sorts of things.

    I have a small tight cage and ride every day locked. Like @RHer if I am going more than about 25 miles / 40 km I unlock, which is a cleaning / shaving opportunity when I lock back up in the shower afterwards.

    I’m not a cyclist but do go to gym and use treadmill, stepper and weight machines with no issues. Also go hiking.

    New too this, I let my partner out of chastity to gym but he has to wear a thong instead.

    I workout 5 or 6 times a week locked if You have the right cage and good suooort I don’t even know it’s there unless I my wife Dom kh sends some texts while I am there and i start to swell in my cage

    Mountain bike, road ride, goto the gym, and lift weights. No issue at all.

    my idea of a workout is reading a heavy book. I find a cage has no impact on that....

    When training locked i make sure my pink package is secured using a tight stretch short, often worn by athletes.
    Not much i feel like i can do, squats, rowing, cycling a handstand even.
    Just make sure its secured
    In a holytrainer, small one btw

    I guess A full belt could be a bit trickier though :(

    How does he decide to go to the sauna or hammam ?

    I did some running in my steel cage, it went well but the balls are getting in the way. I wear running tights, so everything is kept in place Nice and snug, but it forces my package between my legs and all gets a little squeezed up.

    I prefer to tuck. You know, like we crossdressers do. I use the “tube sock method”. You can look it up on YouTube. It makes a really flat front and everything stays in place. In fact I have been running again this morning: picture

    This is the reason I don't want to commit fully and wear a cage 24/7- I'm afraid any device I wear that isn't a perfect fit would have a negative impact upon my personal fitness, which I hold up to a high regard.

    I workout every day at the gym and I am locked 24/7 I am not in a ball trap device but a PA5000 and it helps while I do cardio bike and swimming hot tub and sauna. That may be a device you may want to look into for me my biggest concern was other members in the locker room and pool sauna area because of my Chastity
    device but my piercings nipples ears and P/A along not having no body hair besides a few looks and of course the line does it hurt having all that hardware I wish you luck.

    But if you wear a PA5000, it means you have a Prince Albert piercing, yes ?
    Do you have any discomfort with it ?

    I run about 50 mile per week currently including long runs up to 17 miles all with a cage on. So long as I wear some tight briefs and use some body glide for longer runs I don't have any issues with the cage. I'll be training for a May marathon starting a week from Sunday so I guess I'll see how 70 miles per week caged is but I think it should be fine. And if it ends up being fine I'll probably be locked for the race. As they say, you never want to try anything new on race day.

    I also go to the gym 4-5 days per week to lift and occasionally hit the bike without any issues.
