just for a note I am a 33 waist normally. but when I measured the way they asked me it came up to 36 but the belt fits perfectly like a glove so go figure lol. this baby will make someone super happy.. perfect early christmas shopping present

 

It had a wire yes that goes across the cheeks but it was a thin cable that eventually started to poke through the rubber lining so I stopped using that part you really don't even need it...

you can also send it back to the BB and they will install the bar for you most likely free or super cheap even..

I opted out of that part since I did not want a steel bar up my butt 24/7 I did have the PA addon put in that is impossible to pull out once its locked in place.

its really a beautiful belt but it hasn't seen any use in months now and I hate to just let it sit..
