Constructed a Torture Board for my Goddess @n2toys to use Her awesome rope work to torture me with. Apologies in advance for those who don't care for cock pics; first for me to post but wanted to share how well this worked. Two halves of 1/2" thick boards that slide and lock within the aluminum channel on both sides with a hole a bit smaller than my base ring - thumb screws to lock the bottom half in place and the obvious cup hooks for lacing me in tight. After locking the torture board on while I was still caged I was strapped spread eagle to our bed with rope also attached to each side of the board to further hold me down tight. My cage was removed, base ring rotated to move the post off to the side and off to town... A butterfly board was the genesis but that's probably a hard limit for us. Here are pics of the setup - 1/2" pine and aluminum channel from Lowes - used threaded brass inserts in the sides as shown for the thumb screws. Wood thickness and channel gap spacing was a perfect match.

Yes I would recommend sealing the wood. It will help keep it clean and also seal the wood together which will stop the chance of getting any splinters into you.
