The big slit in the front, and the softness of it means you can reach inside it with your fingers pretty easily and stroke yourself. Also, silicone tends to chafe me, and make me sweat which increases odor no matter how often you shower. Hello @Peggedhubby My best advise on this is look for something in stainless steel , way better than plastic or resin , I don't know what size you need so cant recommend a specific device but if you take a look on amazon , dh gate or ebay you should find something , also from experience I would not get anything with a hinged ring , stay with a one piece solid ring , round or anatomical depending on your preference , you could go to a custom made device but that will be a lot more expensive and to be honest if you can find something off the self in the size you need in stainless steel it will most likely work for you just as well
This is good advice. Metal, cheap, solid ring and start slowly. Use a lube on ball ring to avoid the burning when you try to get an erection. Ring size is really important and again only a solid ring
