Chastity with "intruder" / "Urethera tube"

    I have always wondered with chastity decives that has the urethera tube are with keeping clean. Like for instance is it required to take out the tube regurarly or is it like with any other good quality easy cleaning access cage that you can wear it for long ( 1-2 months) without removing? Anyone have any information to share or experiences about this? I'm very interested in acuiring a cage with a tube to make it even harder to remove the cage. But I dont have the luxury to be aable to take my cage off often.
