Brevity is elegant. I'm trying to imagine a relationship without issues and half wonder if that would be a blessing or a curse.

 

I wish all Mistresses would see the beauty of contracts.

 

I think that so much depends on the individual situation. In some situations the dynamic and power balance means it's not needed.

But I agree: it can be very useful: I posted one myself here some years ago.

Thing is: to realise what it can and can't do. It can't (obviously) br legally enforceable, at least in any jurisdiction I know, so it's silly to pretend it is. But what it can be is an expression of consent, to anything to which consent can be lawfully given, so hr can't complain what he's receiving is against his will; and the FD can have other 'handles' up her sleeve so he won't want to change his mind.

I look at the scenario a bit like rape in reverse. Any complaint it's very often his word against hers, so hard to prove at the best of times. And if she's given him something in writing prior that that's what she wants, then it can be high impossible.

Well that, roles reversed, is the sort of situation the KH & wearer needs to have.

I'm not sure I've explained this properly, but hope it makes sense.

 

We have a Domme/sub Contract. It certainly works for us and has resolved a lot of issues for us, including my initial reluctance to accept chastity. We review it every now and then and update if necessary.

The re-agreement re-negotiation thing is mainly for my benefit as I is the only time I get an opportunity to ask for something without it being considered a complaint or request as she already decides everything whenever she wants. Though we have never changed anything other than first time when the the bits in red were added.

It works for us, simple and strightforward. All the 'what ifs' are addressed.

The bits in red were added to the agreement by my partner during our first re-negotation.

I am allowed to ask to be re-locked. Was put in just in case I was not told put the Fort back on. Though this has never happened, because she told me once if I am not told to put it back on I should just do so.

I am allowed to ask for coporal punishment. Because every couple from time to time have their ups and downs or minor disagreements even if I was proved to be right I can ask for this as it clears the air. I would have the satisfaction of knowing
any offence had been forgiven. She would have the satifaction of knowing that was genuinely sorry for feeling I had to disagree with her. This has happened a few times and it we both do feel better after. I am not restrained for this as we would be in play, she really lays it on and I always thank her after. We always have always felt much closer after too and made love, of course I remained denied.

The idea of a formal written contract that was enforceable and legally bnding can not be realistically done at this time could for some people in certain circumstances have its appeal. Though for now that would have remain as purely part of the game or fantasy.

Contract
Mutually agreed upon, and binding,
between H.A. and T.C.

Section 1: Property

From this day, forward, H.'s penis, scrotum, and testicles (a.k.a. genitals, as a whole)
will become the sole property of T..

The only person that may touch them, without prior permission, is T., with the exceptions of regular cleaning, hygiene and that of a doctor, for health reasons.

Any exceptions to this rule will be at her sole discretion.

No semen shall ever be exposed to the air without the express command of Mistress T..

Viewing of pornography is permitted, as long as it is done for the purpose of generating ideas.

Any pleasure derived from pornography is expressly forbidden.

If T. decides to purchase a chastity device, it will be worn, with gratitude. Complaints about said device are allowed only if based on a genuine concern about health.


Section 3: Penalties, if necessary

If H. disobeys the above rules, the penalties below shall be followed:

1) touching self in a way that is to cause pleasure: minimum 15 whacks with the rod.
2) masturbating to orgasm: No pleasure/orgasm for a 5 days, plus 50 whacks with the rod. Amounts can be increased or decreased at T.’s discretion, with a limit of 30 days on pleasure/orgasm. No limit on the number of physical strikes of the rod.
3) orgasm without express permission: No pleasure/orgasm for 2 days.
4) disobeying mistresses express orders: No pleasure/orgasm for 5 days, plus minimum 10 whacks with the rod, May be increased at T.’s discretion, depending on severity of offense.
5) using the words "ow" or "ouch": 5 whacks with the rod.

Section 4: Exceptions

It is acknowledged that, on occasion, T. may not feel like being dominant. During this time she may decide to relax some or all of the rules. T. may end this period of time whenever she so chooses, upon which time the rules outlined within this contract will be reinstated immediately.

Section 5: Signatures

All of the above are completely agreed upon and are irreversible without mutual agreement.

The Mrs. determined that she didn't want to be burdened with the whole locking/unlocking thing. Instead, knowing how honest I am, we went with something a little different. I wrote this up to formalize an agreement we discussed over dinner:

5. Duration of the contract:

6. Cancellation of the contract:
User never requests the cancellation of the contract except the following cases.

b. Breach of contract by Keyholder will constitute a cancellation of contract.

c. Cancellation of contract will result in immediate release of User from device.

d. Only Unauthorized removal of device will result in a extra 30day period of lock up and denial for User. Absolutely no sexual releases will be allowed for User during this penalty period.

e. Unauthorized removal of device that includes a sexual release will result in a extra 60day period of lock up and denial for User. Again, absolutely no sexual releases will be allowed for User during this penalty period. Additional punishment may be added as determined by Keyholder.

f. If User failes to obey the Keyholder's orders then extra 30 days are added.

j. On the order of Keyholder if User dose not participate in the Keyholder's sexual or other activity means extra 30days of punishment.

k. In case of selling, transfering/gifting or donating the rights and key by Keyholder. If User failure to accept this then User permanently denined to genital sexual intercourse with anyone.

l. If User failuer to sexually satisfy the Keyholder with his genital(penis) and Keyholder accept that as well as Keyholder thinks the size genital is so small and she dosent require it anymore then Keyholder can lock it in parmanent chastity for forever.

m. If User agrees that failure to accept terms of punishment for infractions. Then Keyholder can lock chastity for permanent without any orgasm for lifetime.

n. If User and Keyholder are married then Keyholder can lock User in permanent type chastity for lifetime without any reason.

Statement.:
Both User(User) and Keyholder(Keyholder) without any mental or physical stress and in their full conciousness agreed on all the above terms and conditons with each own free will and each keeps a duplicated document signed by both.

We have one, but we somehow never really read it anymore... so, de facto it is: "I'm the boss of you"

 

We found the word 'Contract' to be meaningless. It could never be enforced, it has no teeth all though I agree that depending on your situation, it may have an important strength to help you with your fantasy / reality.

We opted for an Agreement and state very clearly, "It is the intent of this agreement to establish Guidelines so we each know what expectations we have for each other. Principles that serve as the foundation of our mutual understanding. And Boundaries that define the limits of our joint as well as very personal journey."

I can only speak for myself but, I stick to the spirit of the agreement as a matter of personal honor.

 

Quite so. Obviously it can't be enforced as such so it's very silly trying to pretend otherwise. It can though be evidence of consent which is half way there. And within the context of other handles and aspects (which could be vanilla and/or enforceable).....there is plenty of scope.....

 

Some of us are in emotional 'mate' relationships where contract does not make sense... I always considered the contract thing to be more in the "Master/slave" scene as part of a negotiation... eh, what do I know?

 

As a BDSM contract is non binding in law, we have entered "an agreement" instead. It's quite simple but it says all that needs to be said I think:

6) The slave may be awarded points to be put toward temporary release from chastity device.


7) The Mistress may offer the slave a release at any time of her chosing. The manner of the release will be at the Mistress's sole discretion, and the slave may either accept or remain in chastity.


8) The slave may request release once a month, but this request may be declined. If granted the manner of release will be of the Mistress's choice,


9) The slave shall be released periodically for hygiene reasons. The release to be limited to requirements of cleanliness.


10) The Mistress is under no obligation to allow the slave sexual release.


11) The Mistress is under no obligation to release slave from chastity except as required for health reasons.

 

I don't care much for the terms "master" and "slave" in chastity agreements, even though okay for short-term role play. For these chastity contracts I much prefer the terms "dominant" and "submissive."

Chastity Contract Between A and S

Background

A has harboured ideas and fantasies of male chastity and orgasm control, enforced by unbreakable chastity belts for as long as he can remember, probably since 6-7 years of age. • Even if S continues after A has alerted, and he gets release, S may at her discretion treat this as a breach of the rules above.
• S has the right to cancel a given permission to orgasm at any time, with or without further comment.
• S may keep A locked up and without sexual release for any time period decided by her.
• A can ask when S plans to release him on one occasion per new lock up after orgasm. If S chose not to answer, A is not to ask again.

Key management

There are 2 keys to A’s chastity belt. One is to be in S’ possession at all times. The other will be regarded as a safety key. When together S will have both keys under her control. Using pre-commitment enabled by a time-lock,A is to keep the safety key locked away, always when home alone, and mostly when out of home. When out of the belt A is to behave as if he was still locked up. No touching allowed apart from a swift cleaning and shaving (whenever possible under her supervision) once a week.

Intimacy & sex

• It is A’s obligation to make S’ key holding experience as fulfilling and positive as possible, at all times.
• Both S and A has the right to initiate sex. If initiated by S, A has no right to refuse. S has the right to refuse A with or without any further comment.
• S has the expressed right to request any sexual favours of her liking performed on her by A, or the other way around.
• S may schedule, by date and time, when A is to deliver sexual favours. This is binding for A.
• A is to have a positive attitude to any suggestions coming from S.
• A can suggest sexual activities, but S makes the final decision.

Disagreements

• If there are any disagreements on this contract, S deems what is correct or not.

Sanctions

• Sanctions are to decided by Sandra
• A has no right to question or argue any duration or severity of the sanction decided by S.

Re-negotiation, amendments and cancellation

• This contract will be reviewed, discussed and revised at 3, 6 and 12 months after signature. A may bring up suggestions for discussion. S decides on the final wording and all content of this contract.
• S can cancel this contract at any time.
• A has no right to cancel this contract.

This contract will be valid immediately on A and S signing it. Keys to be handed over upon signing this contract.

A little while ago I said I would post the contract I am using as long as I got permission from the people I received it from. I got it from a couple on Tumblr Their handle on Tumblr is "ifitisgoodforthegoose" I really like the comprehensive nature of their document. Here it is... It's 19 pages, so longish, but worth looking at... This is their original contract. My wife and I have changed it to suit us a little better, but our changes are minimal.
