There's some bot somewhere that's programmed to join forums and place links so as to boost google rankings. When you see spam, do please hit the report button, as often we miss it otherwise.

thank you @SubVerity. colon spam's are appearing in the Status Update zone of the Forum with links to advertisement and such. the Moderator's are doing GREAT by deleting them quickly.
However we are not against having a healthy colon !! First and foremost a good balanced diet lots of fresh fruit and vegetables . Reduce red and processed meat and plenty of water. If you feel inclined to enjoy an enema or three it will do no harm at all. For a lot of cases, colon cancer is very avoidable. Xx Wendy

Spamalamadingdong. This is the part of the internet I hate the most. They must get some hits and some poor suckers buying their trash or they wouldn't keep doing it. Online fraud and criminal activity could see the usability of the internet as a trading place severely limited. Rant over.
