As the most romantic day of the year draws ever closer, have you chosen a Valentines Day gift for that special person? How do you decide what to get her? How do you know that it’s something she will appreciate. There is nothing more wonderful than getting a gift that you had forgotten you even wanted. Something he has remembered from a long ago conversation. To know that he was paying attention and remembered is almost a gift in itself. So gentlemen do you have your gifts yet? Any suggestions for that perfect gift?
I don't have a someone special but I'm going to a huge kink convention for the whole weekend. Hoping to make new friends there. If I find someone, maybe my first gift will be from a vendor there!
It's kind of a tradition now. I give my wife 6 red roses, my daughter and daughter in law 3 pink roses, and my granddaughters a single pink rose! Of course I pick out nice cards as well. I also take my wife out for dinner! Usually to the same restaurant that we celebrated our engagement over 40 years ago!
I am busy loosing 3 stones in weight (19kg or 42 pounds.) it might sound a bit rubbish but the way my Wife is responding already after losing only the first third of that target shows it is the best valentines present I could give her, although it will be closer to her birthday by the time I get close. The weight loss not only makes me more appealing to look at but it is also likely to reduce weight related illnesses and ensure I am around for her to enjoy for much longer. On Sunday I will take her swimming, go for a walk with our doggie with her and cook her a really nice dinner.
