The size is correct as it stops an erection . If you can get hard it's too big and be very uncomfortable to painful.

Just try it out for a few weeks see how things go and you should get used to it.

This is all new to you so need to realize that there are some adjustments that your junk needs to get used to before you wear your new device full time. You have to take things slowly until you get used to it.

From the pictures, it looks fine. Your testicles are their normal color so you are getting good blood flow. If you get semi-hard or erect, your testicles may turn darker or blue but that is normal as long as they go back to normal color when soft again.

You will need to lube the base ring at the bottom at your scrotum behind your testicles a lot, and I mean a lot especially in the beginning.

The pain you are experiencing is your scrotum and testicles adjusting and stretching with something locked around them. They will also hurt when semi-hard or erect as there will be more pressure and pulling. This will get better over time.

You are in for a real treat if you sleep in it. In the beginning, you will wake up feeling like your penis and testicles are going to explode and/or feel like it's being ripped out from your insides. This is normal also and it will take quite some time before you can sleep through these erections. The best way to deal with them is get up and walk around for a little while until you get soft enough to pee. Peeing taks pressure off.

The cage/tube part looks fine but I am curious what size base ring you are using. When you are completely flaccid, you should be able to easily slip a finger between the base ring and your junk. That means the base ring size is correct. If not, you need a larger base ring.

If the pain continues or gets worse after wearing the device with the current base ring for several days, you may need to get a larger size base ring. I'm not talking about nocturnal erections or when you are aroused and hard. I'm talking about regular daytime activities when your penis is flaccid.

Remember, the base ring is only used to keep the cage on your penis by keeping your testicles from slipping out. If a larger base ring will keep the testicles secure with no slipping out, I would go with that.

@Jack corn Mr. jack. it may well be that you are rather excited at the prospect of being caged, it's quite common in the early stages. It will subside in time.
