    That is exactly how they react when the feeling hits them.
    I have personally observed this while my husband was hooded, chained to the bed, and not knowing he was being watched.

    I've also witnessed similar reactions before after locking them into a full belt for the first time, I've never seen this after the introduction of a ball trap device.
    The realisation of the gravity of their situation can trigger all manner of unusual and fascinating physical and mental reactions at a sort of primordial level.
    Judging by the detailed exploratory nature of finger movements I would say that the chap in the video has most definitely just been locked in that belt for the first time.
    I'm not sure if self locking produces a similar reaction and I have to wonder given the setup and camera work in the clip...... Perhaps someone here would be good enough to enlighten me/us with regard to that?
    I'm also unable to identify the belt.

    Oh my... that is gorgeous! I have had my bf react much the same way - desperately trying to escape and with no hope at all of doing so. But his belt leaves his balls exposed. I love that the encases him. Not having the parts, I wonder what it would feel like to a guy that has his penis in a separate, rock hard, tube and his balls smashed into that cup kind of thing..... any guys have any insight?

    That is a very intriguing device. It seems to draw me back to look at it every now and then ;) My mouse hovered over the "Buy It Now" button a few times.

    The covering for the penis seems to be a mocking reminder of what is out of reach - and even the balls are untouchable :p

    I am not sure why I keep thinking about buying this, apart from the relative low cost for a full belt, as I would obviously be better with a shemale belt. (Wonders if @I LOVE my Choice! will come up with a similar alternative ;) )

    The price will no doubt be reflected in the quality, but it would be good to try. As the only review state - "It's OK, but not heavy quality"

    Looking at the photos - a couple of which I have put in an album - I can't decide if it offers the potential for double penetration. No mention of a penis insert on the description. Any views on that?

    For me now, when my penis is locked away it also needs to be fully penetrated and held steady within the cage so it doesn't move about and give any sensation of touch.

    As for the video - he did go on for quite a long time feeling around and shaking it. Much to many ladies joy I am sure ;) I would have thought it wouldn't take that long to realise it just was not coming off :)
