you could try steelwerksextreme.com. I will warn though they are very expensive. Steelwerks and Lori's are the only places that I know of that make anything for a frenum device.

 

The question has to be asked why try to use the device with potentially the most problems .

Unless you have a very well healed deep frenulum piercing and quite unusual anotomy it is unlikely to work .
You are also looking at full blown custom stuff costing a shed load of cash and a long wait , also the sizing is very problematic .

Why not test the water with a cheap stainless device see how you go ?

@Wendygirl has a HUGELY valid point....

By many accounts, a frenum piercing is problematic at the best of times! Put a chastity device in play and things seem to get even trickier....

If you're still set on a frenum device, write to Ms. Lori with your ideas. It is quite possible she will be able to take a PA-type device like the #5 and make it with a frenum locking mechanism.
