Just got a new sized Lori#5. Was lucky enough to find one on the "in stock" list. Hopefully this is a good match and will be a keeper. Ms Lori is excellent to work with and the service top notch.

Been a little while since I got the Lori#5. Wore it for 5 days and then had to remove cause PA hole was sore. I need to stress that I bought this device from the "in stock" section of Ms Lori's website. I was not made specifically for me but seemed to match what I felt was the fit I needed. Turns out it was real close. SO, after some "get better" time, I tried it again. I have been filing, shaping and polishing to fine tune the fit for me. Seems I am on the right track and the #5 gets more comfortable with each adjustment. It is a great device. The only caution I would offer any potential user is the weight factor. From my experience a good fit allows even distribution of the weight and makes wearing it very pleasant. Can't walk around commando through..........need to support the weight with undies (LOL). That's my story so far and I'm sticking to it.

Pain from the direction of the PA pin?
You can ask Lori make another pin with another radius.

I usually wear tight spandex underwear, over the cotton boxers.

Got device with 3 pins to start. 6 ga, 4 ga and 2 ga. Working with 4 ga. Trimmed mounting are so pin floats some what. Trimmed lower strut and made lower opening more symmetrical to relieve lateral pressure on PA. This was major improvement. Small adjustments make noticeable difference. Yup gotta wear tight fitting VS undies courtesy of my wife

The direction of the PA pin is important.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by direction. The degree of curvature? It sticks out the front, so I know I got that right:D

    In my case - yes.
I measured the flaccid and head bent upward when an erection that cause pain in the PA. It was sticks out the front, too but low. I was changed it, and everything very comfortable now.

When I changed to pin base to allow "floating" movement it took pressure off bottom area and pinch on PA was alleviated there

Doing daily "ouch" maintenance with soak and cleaning. Device is back in place immediately after. Using 2g pin now and comfort is vastly improved. Still may do more fit and polish. I think soon will be long term wear ready. Weight is still a item to be contended with , BUT found that if head is seated very deep in cage and shaft is dressed in tight then pull from weight is evenly distributed on pin and device is comfortable

Do not polish inside the tube! Only inside the hood.

Have much new insight into Lori#5 use. Have learned much and will share what ever I can in the near future. This is the device I have come to wear the most. Lori 2015 1.jpg
