I just discovered a half-way house to permanent chastity; using something called Polymorph or Friendly Plastic to seal up the device. Details on my blog.
In a real emergency, a paramedic could get the device off in seconds. They have all sorts of cutters and snippers. If for some reason I had to remove the device for a medical appointment etc, then I need an hour with a hair dryer and damp towels. Or perhaps a long hot bath - I haven't experimented yet. I'm sure a soldering iron would melt the plastic in seconds. Hence my use of "lite".
I hate to spoil your fun, however. What is to stop you just breaking the plastic off removing the device having a quick one then putting it all back on with a new blob of plastic? It is unlikely that your Mistress would notice any difference between one blob of plastic and another. The solution is to have a blob big enough for your Mistress to sign or mark in some way that she could identify if you removed it and did another one. Maybe you could mould a drop of her blood in it so it could be identified by DNA..... It sounds like a good idea but why don't you just use one of those plastic numbered locks?
No (non-surgical) permanent chastity is permanent since all devices are breakable. The kick is mostly psychological and comes from how much effort would/will be required to escape. Rivets, for example, require heroic measures unless you already have the right tools, and even then require care. This method needs a good hour or so, including setting up and cleaning up. I like the idea of using some kind of signet ring to verify the seal.
Polymorph is great stuff, and can be used to make workable chastity devices, if your fiendish enough. However, there are 2 types. One type becomes soft at @ 65c and the other sort at 45c. For use in sealing a tool, you'd want the 45c sort. Another great substance is Sugru. It sticks to anything, metal included, and can be used to seal allen key holes or pin key holes are whatever. Sets like a hard rubber, and can be picked out, but not quickly. Both can be marked very easily with a signet ring, or the textured pattern of whatever jewellery ones Mistress happens to wear. The benefit here is that the seal is somewhat more personal than a numbered plastic lock.
I'd come across this stuff before. Had seen the idea of using it to make an entire integrated chastity device in itself, moulded to fit the wearer, but not sure if it was actually done. But this idea looks much better. And easy enough also for the 'KH' to make a seal type impression (or maybe incorporate something personal (e.g. piece of paper with date/initials/whatever) on/in the stuff before it sets hard.
hmmm....after reading this thread it reminds me of your keyholder melting the plastic over the locking area and then leaving her mark in the melted plastic with her ring like in the days of marking envelopes with melted wax. How sexy!!
Just to say that the symbolism is the kick here. I agree with what somebody said upthread about a numbered seal would do just as well.
i spotted these online several years ago when i was searching for my Wife to get a secure method of locking my chastity. They are called "shear bolts" & once bolted & sheared, that's it.....
Update: Chafing on the Chinese device grew too bad so I had to "escape". This involved a hairdryer, wet flannels, a craft snipping tool and 45 minutes of verrrry careful work. It certainly couldn't ever be routine!
The Shear Bolts look interesting however I reckon POP rivets would be cheaper and easier to get. Getting the thing off would be a real bitch. If your Mistress POP revited you into the device you had better make sure you CAN pull out the back of it.
I've also found you can turn the Holy Trainer 2 into a semi-permanent device. I had a tube with a broken locking post plus a spare base ring. I glued them together using epoxy resin. Once it had well and truly set, I warmed the base ring under the hot tap, bent it carefully back and slipped in. To escape the device required a hot bath.
My KH and I have discussed many aspects of chastity and I am currently trying to get a new device made. Just as secure as anything I've had before utilising my PA but we want there to be two locks. One which only she will have that permits removal of the device and one which with her permission I can open that facilitates cleaning which permits limited access but no actual getting the penis out. Basically a trapdoor with bars across the opening. Why because gives her an even even greater sense of control and he less my ability to cheat (not that I ever have or would) all contributes to the headfuck for me. We have mentioned the idea of permanent chastity which she does want but permanent denial she does not want , not at this time is what she actually said, because she wants complete control over whether I cum or not, so in future I'll never know if but there might be a when. I can't tell you how horny that got me. So much more aesthetic and from day to day practical than numbered seals is the idea of some kind of melted plastic with a seal impression sealing access to the main lock has great appeal to her too. The magic or inegral locks would lend themselves to this well with a little thought. A wire going right through the closed lock being bent over at both ends and then melted plastic being applied and as it cools stamped to seal lock access. As that would be impossible to replicate without the seal it would not matter whether I had an emergency key or not as its use would be immediately evident. More thought needs to be applied to this.
I think what would work great for that is Instamorph moldable plastic. You throw some in a boiling pot of water, take it out and you can mold easily. Then it hardens in tough plastic. Actually that stuff would be great for a spare key too. put the molded plastic all over the key and stamp it. So what kind of device are you looking at?
My KH bought a heart shaped lock, the key goes in the front, a flat surface. She fills the keyhole with wax and as it overflows on to the flat surface stamps it with her signet ring. A few minutes with a lighter melts the wax and allows an unlock.
@filltee as @ineverknew stated using instamorph plastic and I thing an embossing stamper would seal everything up good and tight if you use the wire through the lock idea.
